Welcome to a new Website for the 10-13 Club of Northeast, Florida. We are located in a fast growing area of Florida and we are the fastest growing 10-13 club in Florida. The NE10-13 area is comprised of Volusia, Flagler and every county north to the Georgia border and West into Lake, Marion, Clay and Putnam counties. We have members from all these counties. The NE10-13 is a Chapter of the National NYCPD 10-13 Org, Inc. We are a fraternal organization of Retired New York City Police Officers of all ranks. We meet on the first Monday of the month. In the odd months we meet in the Elks Club, Ormond Beach and in the even months we meet in the VFW Post 8696, Palm Coast. Each NE10-13 meeting has very good turnouts with many members participating in various ways. We believe that providing the members with the most current information on all retiree issues is paramount. We have a monthly newsletter with the current articles on important matters. Our club is the only 10-13 Club that sends out e-mails to all the other 10-13 clubs across the country. The e-mails contain articles, with links to the media, about such issues as NYCPD & FDNY news, pensions, legislation, Medicare, Social Security, veterans news and other articles of interest to retirees. We hope to accelerate unity by communicating with all 10-13 Clubs. The objective of the club is to improve the benefits of all retired police officers of New York City and encourage social, charitable, educational, and fraternal activities among the membership.
